JZ--LP series Model Push type unscramblers are national advanced bottle unscrambling equipment, which are based on world advanced technology, designed and developed according to our countrys developing trend of high speed and automation of drinks filling equipment.The capacity is 6000--36000BPH(basing on 500ml bottle).

Feature:

1.the reducer of the main motor uses the torque limit organization, prevented breaks down when the machine has fault.

2.Applying two-time pushing and unscrambling device will insure every working position has bottle and improve efficiency of output bottle.

3.The bottles transportation applies air convey way suspending bottleneck method to avoid bottles turnover.

4.Has the breakage bottle rejection organization.

5.Has block bottle detector that can protect machine effectively.

6.Has photoelectric switch to check if there is no bottle, so as to control the start and stop of the bottle unsrambler.

7.The unscrambler has oil nozzle that can easily add lubricant to gears, bearing and cam.

8.Has maintenance door and mould exchange door.

9 .Key electric components (frequency convertor, PLC, photoelectric switch, relay) apply MITSUBISHI, OMRON, SIEMENS brand.
